3 Ways To Apply

There are THREE ways to apply for a commercial loan through us:

  1. Online.  Enter the information requested below, and upload your support documents.
  2. Email.   Complete our “Submission Form”, and send with all required documents to our intake desk by emailing us at Submissions (at) NorthwindFinancial (dot) com.
  3. Direct.  If you have already been assigned an Account Executive on a previous transaction/submission, then you may send it in directly to that person.

What We Need

To process your request, we need certain information about the deal. Without this information, your request will be delayed – or ignored. With your submission, either upload or email the following:

  1. Northwind Submission Form (not required if you submit online)
  2. Complete Executive Summary
  3. Bio/resume of each Principal
  4. Sources & Uses of Funds
  5. Financials & 3-year Proforma
  6. Any supporting documentation that is relevant to the project

Sorry, but we process many loan requests each month, so incomplete requests will not be given priority, and may be ignored.
